Spencer Randall Duley

Spencer Randall Duley, 37 of Indianapolis, passed away March 20, 2020 at University Hospital in Indianapolis.  Spencer was born to Randall and Bonnie (Schenck) Duley on July 16, 1982 in Carbondale, Illinois.  He faithfully served his country in the United States Air Force and received a bachelors degree from the Air Force Academy.  He then became an insurance representative.  

A Celebration of Life with Military Honors will be held at Washington Township Park Pavilion Center in Avon on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 11 am, where friends and family gather from 10 am until the time of service .
