Miranda Lynn French, 35 of Bainbridge, Indiana, peacefully passed away in her home surrounded by many of her loved ones on October 5, 2022. A courageous, strong, beautiful soul, she was an absolute inspiration to everyone who knew her, even if she didn’t think of herself as one. With her kind heart and sense of humor, she made a big impact on this world in her 35 years. She spent her time on this earth living her life to the fullest and loving people in a great way. She fought hard and insisted we didn’t say she lost her battle to cancer because it was never a fair fight anyway.
She loved exploring new places and camping, taking in all the goodness nature had to offer. She loved Jesus and remained strong in her faith through everything. She also loved Harry Potter and surely would want us to remember to turn on the light in this dark time, as she did for so many others as a devoted funeral director. She passionately served others in their time of need no matter what she was personally going through, and she maintained her license until her passing.
Most importantly, Miranda loved and cherished her family, her three children, Hayden, Chloe, and Paxton, and her husband, Brock. They have comfort in knowing her pain has come to an end, but please let us keep them in our prayers as they navigate this heartache.
Additional survivors include her siblings, Stephanie (Kris) McCormick, Josh (Erica) Throop, Adam (Sarah) Throop, RaeAnn (Isaac Alberto) Bennett, Tyler (Ella Gilbert) Bennett, and parents Donald F. (LaDonna) Brock Jr and Lorri A. Bennett, a whole host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and lots of amazing friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal Grandparents, Ronnie and Sandy Bennett; paternal grandfather, Donald F Brock Sr.
Friends and family will gather from 4pm until 7pm, Wednesday, October 12, 2022 in the Clayton Christian Church, 5110 IN-39, Clayton, IN 46118, where the Funeral Service will be held at 10 am, Thursday, October 13. Following the funeral there will be a procession to West Ridge Park Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest.
In lieu of flowers the family has suggested memorial gifts be made to the Human Coalition, a charity Miranda passionately supported.
"To the well-organized mind, death is but the next great adventure."
"To have been loved so deeply, even though the person who loved us is gone, will give us some protection forever."
