M. Maxine Roseboom Wawrzyniak

Maxine (Blanton) Roseboom Wawrzyniak, 89, of Danville, passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at Danville Regional Rehabilitation Center.

She was born in Danville, Indiana on September 21, 1933, to Ralph and Cordis (Jones) Blanton.  She married Daniel Wawrzyniak in Pittsboro on February 14, 1987, a loving union that would last until his passing in 2007.

She was a member of Pittsboro Christian Church and had attended St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lebanon.

In addition to her parents and husband, Maxine is preceded in death by her siblings, Don Blanton, Jane Smith, and Bob Blanton; as well as two grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, David Roseboom (Shirley) of Indianapolis, Richard Roseboom of Pittsboro, Dean Roseboom and wife Cindy of Danville, and Rex Roseboom and wife Pat of Avon; her sister, Betty Wood; her ten grandchildren; her nineteen great-grandchildren; as well as several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.

Friends and family will gather at Eric M.D. Bell Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 pm.  Maxine will be laid to rest in Brownsburg Cemetery immediately following the service.
