Luke Haynes, 30 of Pittsboro, Indiana, passed away on May 16, 2022. Luke was born in Indianapolis on December 12, 1991. He attended Brownsburg High School and worked in landscaping for many years, where he was able to share his great talent and green thumb with the world. A natural-born swimmer, he loved spending time in water, and he had a heart for all animals, always trying to bring home strays. He was an old soul who graced this world with his kind and loving spirit.
From Luke's sister, Lauren Long: We have lost a son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. Luke has passed, too young and so much left to give. I pray God helps us find comfort in knowing he is no longer in pain and wrapped in God's grace.
Luke is survived by his mother, Anna Haynes; his father and stepmother, David and Debi Haynes; and his extended family, Lauren Long, Garrett Long, Evelyn Long, Ann Fuller, Fred Fuller, The Heffernans, The Kaplans, The Russos, The Haynes family, and Dakota Haynes.
Friends and family will gather at Eric M.D. Bell Funeral Home on Saturday, May 21, 2022 from 4 pm until the time of the service at 5:30 pm.
