Dorisan Irene Tindal

Dorisan Irene Tindal, 90 of Danville, Indiana, peacefully passed away in her home on July 28, 2021.  Dorisan was born on December 23, 1930 to Ray and Inez Dillman.  On April 25, 1953, she married the love of her life, Joseph Tindal, after waiting on him to return home from faithfully serving his country.  When she was younger, she loved skating up a storm at the roller rink and fishing.  She was a talented crocheter and enjoyed reading, keeping up with current events with magazines, watching Little House on the Prairie and Shrek, and having iced tea with her friend, Joyce.  She was a loving homemaker who adored her family and celebrating the holidays with them. 

In addition to her parents, Dorisan is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 49 years, Joseph Tindal, and her brothers, Bill, Harold, and Chuck Dillman.  She is survived by her daughters, Sandy Young, Katherine Butrum, and Jody Illg; her grandchildren, Brandy Wesley, Heather Means, Jesse Young, Eli Young, Isaiah Illg, Tansie McClure, and Caleb Butrum; her five great-grandchildren; and her brother, Vernon Dillman.
