Diana Susan Ray

Diana Susan Ray, 60 years old of Lebanon, Indiana, formerly of Advance, Indiana, passed away peacefully Friday, June 24, 2022, at the home of Michael and Misty Caldwell.  She was born March 27, 1962, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Luther Ray and Margaret (Shotts) Ray.  Diana attended Western Boone Jr. Sr. High School.  Most of her adult life was spent as a homemaker who enjoyed arts, crafts, and coloring, as well as all things trains.  She also enjoyed working at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway with her father, Luther, and her brothers, Rocky and David Ray.  Surviving are her beloved fur babies, Noah and Elizabeth; her father, Luther (Sandy) Ray; her brother, Rick (Charlene) Ray; her lifelong friend and sister, Wendy Mitchell; her godchildren, Michael (Misty) Caldwell, Christopher (Traci) Caldwell, and Samuel (Robbi) Caldwell; her niece, Leana (Garry) Parker; her nephews, Joshua (Kaylie) Ray, Brad (Jackie) Ray, and Aaron (Alysia) Ray; her 15 great-nieces and nephews; her four great-great-nieces and nephews; and her many cousins.  Diana was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret (Shotts) Ray; her brothers, David Ray and Rocky Ray; and her god-grandson, Nicholas Drew-Witte Caldwell.

Friends and family will gather at the funeral home on Friday, July 1, 2022, from 10 am to 11 am.  The service for Diana will begin at 11 am.  She will be laid to rest in Pisgah Cemetery in Beckville, Indiana following the service.
