Charles Roy Hinshaw

Charles “Chuck” Roy Hinshaw, of Pittsboro Indiana passed away unexpectedly on April 7, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.

Chuck was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Lemoine and Wanetta Hinshaw on July 2, 1952. He graduated in 1970 from Northside High School, Fort Wayne and Indiana University in 1976 with a B.S. in accounting. He met his wife, Jacque, during his sophomore year of college. They were married December 13, 1975. After several years, they were so elated to welcome their first-born child, Matthew Hinshaw, to their family. They added to their family with the birth of their second child, Noel Kurth.
 
Chuck and Jacque were married for 45 years and were best friends who loved to travel, garden, be a “kid” at Disney, and spoil his grandchildren, Hanley and Lane Kurth. Chuck was a loving and supportive father who always brought joy and laughter to the family. He loved his family fiercely and unconditionally and will be greatly missed.
 
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Wanetta and Lemoine Hinshaw and his half-sister, Peggy Bass. He is survived by his wife, Jacque Hinshaw and children Matt Hinshaw (spouse Francis Escutin) and Noel Kurth (spouse Jesse Kurth). He is also survived by his sister Debbie Biggs (spouse James Biggs).

Friends and family will gather at the funeral home on Monday, April 12, 2021 from 11 am until the time of the service at 1 pm.
