Zachary (Zac) Douglas Fischer, 26, of Lizton, passed away on the morning of September 12, 2026. He was born on June 30, 2000, and graduated from Tri-West High School in 2019.
Zac was a kind, loving soul with a heart of gold. He was a friend to everyone, including all animals. Zac was passionate about music through and through. He spent much of his time with his headphones in, listening to many of his favorite bands and artists.
He found joy in working, spending time with friends, being part of the community in Lizton and surrounding areas, playing with his nieces and nephew, taking impromptu dinners and trips with his girlfriend, going to concerts with his family, watching scary movies, cuddling his beloved cats—Gabriel, Lucy, Spot, and Leopard—and taking long walks with his best boy, Titan.
Zac is survived by his mother, Tracy Hutson; father, Vince Fischer; stepfather, Keith Hutson; sister, Natalie (David) Rambo; brothers, Dorian Hutson and Dylan Burton; loving girlfriend, Faith Estridge; and his nieces, Lydia, Mavis, and Callie, and nephew, Conner, along with many other family members and friends who love him so deeply.
Friends and family will gather for calling on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Eric M.D. Bell Funeral Home in Pittsboro, Indiana, with Celebration of Life services beginning at 2:00 p.m. Zac will be laid to rest in a private, intimate burial for immediate family at Lizton K. of P. Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Misty Eyes Animal Center in Avon, Indiana.
