Theresa Lea Nedderman

Theresa Nedderman, 69 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on November 25, 2020.  She was born in Indianapolis on November 17, 1951 to Forest L. Rayla, Jr. and Patricia Charmayne Latimer.  She was a manager at Papyrus and married the love of her life, Charles Nedderman, on June 2, 2018.  An incredibly compassionate and thoughtful woman, she was a hard worker who took pride in her job and prioritized her family above everything else.  She was always glad to listen, to offer advice, and to share friendship, smiles, and laughs.  Her family has countless beautiful memories of her and will miss her every day.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents and her son-in-law, Jeremiah J. Smith.  She is survived by her son, Jack (wife Laura) Mertes; her daughter, Jeannette Smith; her grandson, Danny Gronde; her granddaughters, Rachel Mertes, Megan Mertes, Emily Mertes, Kaitlyn Hauber, and Grace Smith; and her great-grandchildren, Camila and Miguel Reyes.

In lieu of flowers, Theresa’s family would greatly appreciate memorial contributions be made to ASPCA or the American Cancer Society.

A graveside service will be held in West Ridge Park Cemetery in Indianapolis, Indiana on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 2 pm.  All are welcome to attend and kindly asked to follow social distancing guidelines and wear a mask.  All are also encouraged to share thoughts and memories with Theresa’s family on her memorial page found on the funeral home’s website, www.ericmdbellfuneralhome.com.
