Joyce A. Ping

Joyce A. Ping, 78 of Pittsboro, peacefully passed away on May 7, 2020 at Brownsburg Health Care Center.

Joyce was born on June 25, 1941 in Pittsboro, Indiana to Merle and Alene (Bray) Hendricks.  On June 26, 1960, she married Ronald C. Ping who would become the love of her life in a marriage which would last until his death in 2015.

Joyce is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Miller (Ric) and son Steve Ping (Shari); as well as four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by her sister, Brenda Love (Ronnie).

Joyce was preceded in death by her great-grandson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Phi Beta Psi Sorority.

Friends and family will gather at the funeral home on Saturday, June 13, 2020 from 12 pm to 1 pm.  A Celebration of Life service officiated by Pastor William Nickrand will begin at 1 pm.
