Mike Lazaro, Jr.

Michael "Mike" A. Lazaro, Jr., 62 of Brownsburg, Indiana, passed away on February 27, 2026.  Mike was born on May 17, 1963, in Gary, Indiana, to parents Michael and Carol (Fasel) Lazaro.  He earned a bachelor's degree in nursing and cared for patients as a traveling cardiac nurse.  Mike enjoyed baseball as well as nature and traveling, riding his Harley and seeking new adventures -- especially in the beautiful great wide open of the American West.   

Mike is survived by his brothers, Mark (Karen), Dennis, and Chris; nine nieces and nephews; and eight great-nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his parents.

A time of gathering will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, from 1pm to 4pm, at Eric M.D. Bell Funeral Home in Pittsboro, Indiana, where friends and family are invited to support each other while remembering and honoring the life of Mike.

Memorial contributions may be made to Blood Cancer United (The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society) in loving memory of Mike.
