Obituary

Mrs. Betty Louise Parker, 92 of Danville, Indiana, peacefully passed away on March 13, 2026. Betty was born January 10, 1934, in New Ross, Indiana, to parents Sylvester and Velma (Carney) Sandusky. She was a graduate of Brownsburg High School. She worked at Hoosier Motor Club and then as the secretary for the guidance department of Avon High School.

In addition to her parents, Betty is preceded in death by her sisters, Edith Marie Goad and Orpha Jean Findlay. 

Betty is survived by her beloved husband, Charles; her daughter, Judy Barclay; her sons, Rick (wife Vicky) Toney and Russell (wife Jill) Toney; her sister, Wanda Boswell; her grandchildren, Alana Andrews, Jenna (husband Isaiah) Stafford, Jimmy (wife Sarah) Barclay, and Nick Toney; her great-grandchildren, Carlee Stafford, Reece Stafford, Grayson Barclay, and Benson Barclay; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Eric M.D. Bell Funeral Home in Pittsboro, Indiana, on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 1 pm to 3 pm, with the funeral service beginning at 3 pm.
