Ashley Michele Phelps

Ashley Michele Phelps, 27 of Martinsville, Indiana, unexpectedly passed away in Fortville, Indiana.  Ashley was born in Hendricks County on June 9, 1993 to William E. Phelps, Jr. and Melissa (Whitaker) Phelps.  She graduated from Martinsville High School.

Ashley is survived by her son, Harold Dean Willhoite, IV; her mother, Melissa Phelps; her father and stepmother, William and Leah Phelps; her sisters, Brittany Nicole Phelps and Emilee Jones; her brother, William E. Phelps, III; her grandparents, John and Peggy Whitaker; her grandfather, William E. Phelps, Sr.; and her grandmother, Martha Floyd.
