When my father passed away in April of 2020, we were not allowed to have a traditional funeral service due to all of the restrictions in place at the time. Eric was so very thoughtful and caring helping us to make what arrangements we could make so we could lay my father to rest.
Afterwards my mother told me many many times how much she liked Eric and how appreciative of him she was, and she wanted him to be the one to take care of her.

When I lost my husband Jerry Bougher and our sons father, grandfather and great grandfather, I was so overwhelmed by the loss and grief that it was difficult to make decisions, and make sure that I had made good decisions on the arrangements. Eric and Megan helped guide myself, my son and grandson during this difficult time and made sure the decisions made were what we wanted but also what Jerry would have wanted. They were patient with us and made sure we were very comfortable with everything. Even when we thought of something at almost the last minute they were considerate and always met our requests with care and compassion. We had many family and friends who attended tell us that they hadn't been to a funeral home to where the whole service was done so professionally and my husband reflected the man that I had loved and married to for over 50 years. I can not say thank you enough to Eric and his staff for all he done to make this hardest time in a families life easier and lessen the stress that we were going through. The sudden loss of our adult son paralyzed our family temporarily. In our first meeting with Eric he counseled our deceased son's wife and her best friend, his brother and spouse and us with exceptional skill and compassion. As he guided us through the planning process we felt like he treated us as he would have treated his own family.

The celebration of life was customized to incorporate our son's passions for community service and motorcycles. His red Honda Goldwing in the corner of the visitation room attracted many tears and photo opportunities. The memorial service led by a friend and chaplain from 7CCRT, our son's favorite charity, was both dignified and touching.

Two large families and a wide network of friends were accommodated in the most professional and dignified manner imaginable. In the end, 450 people attended the visitation, 300 stayed for the service (SRO) and 100 accompanied us to Green Street Station for dinner.

The experience was amazing and the family wants to thank Eric and his staff for making it so.

Eric Bell did an outstanding job with my father's funeral. He really made the entire process so easy, he truly went above and beyond what I expected. I cannot thank him enough for helping us with everything. I would definitely recommend them.

One of the hardest days of my life was when my late husband was diagnosed terminal, and he wanted to plan his funeral. I do not think I could have gotten through it without the help and support that David A Hall gave us. David and his staff are the most caring, kind-hearted, supportive and loving people I have ever met in my life. They were not only there to assist in Arrangements and the viewing and funeral services of my late husband Thomas J Todd, but David and his staff have helped me even a year after his passing. I wanted to give my children and close friends some of Thomas's remains. I called David and asked if he could transfer some of his remains into small urns for me. He said yes without hesitation, that ment so much to me and our family that on THOMAS'S BIRTHDAY this year they got to take part of him with them after out celebration of his life.
